The user represents and guarantees the right to send projects, drawings, models or prototypes (hereinafter referred to as “Project”) to be used through the Site for the purpose of obtaining Services. FAE TECHNOLOGY reserves the right, upon receipt of the project documentation by the user, to request any modification deemed necessary or to modify the Project.

The user hereby grants FAE TECHNOLOGY a non-exclusive, transferable license to copy, modify and use each Project sent through the Site solely for the purpose of providing the requested Services.

PAYMENT AND EXPENDITURE

The User agrees to pay all costs and other expenses (including all applicable taxes) for the Services requested through the Site in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The information and all material on the Site are provided for general information only and do not constitute professional advice. It is your responsibility to assess the accuracy and completeness of all information available on the Site or on any site linked to it.

In any case, our combined liability (and any other person or entity whose liability has otherwise been limited) will not exceed the sum of Euro 5,000.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or certain types of limitation or disclaimer, so the limitations and exclusions provided for in these Terms and Conditions may not apply in your case.

OBLIGATIONS

You have to prove you’re over 18. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.

You consent to use this Site in accordance with any applicable laws, regulations, regulations and these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from these terms and conditions or related to them, the Court of Bergamo (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction without exception.
